CCC Protect Medical Marijuana Patients Bill Support Petition

I support reducing the risk of COVID-19 exposure for Medical Marijuana patients through:
1. Allowing medical marijuana evaluations via remote means, including telemedicine
2. Allowing medical marijuana patients age 18+ to purchase cannabis from recreational dispensaries without the burden of taxes, and at medical potencies and quantities to prevent spread between communities
3. Allowing medical marijuana patients without Internet access to purchase cannabis with new or renewal application paperwork and proof of mailing for up to 90 days
